Is SEODesktop Pro a subscription?

Yes — €29/year renewing annually. You can cancel at any time from your Freemius account. Cancellation stops future renewals but keeps Pro active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Does Pro unlock new features or just remove limits?

Just removes the limits. Every feature in SEODesktop is available on Free — Pro only lifts the 50 results per run and 10 items per batch caps. You don't lose functionality on Free; you only lose scale.

How many machines can I install Pro on?

One Pro license covers all your personal machines (desktop, laptop, home and work). For teams or agency-wide deployment, reach out — we'll set up a team license.

What happens when my Pro year ends?

If you don't renew, the app falls back to the Free caps on the renewal date. All your exports, cached responses and settings remain intact — only the cap-lifting stops. Renew anytime to get Pro back.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Freemius handles billing and offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on annual purchases. Contact us or request the refund directly through your Freemius account.

What payment methods are supported?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and several regional methods via Freemius. EU customers are billed with VAT inclusive; VAT ID entries are supported at checkout for B2B reverse charge.

Is DataForSEO usage included in Pro?

No. DataForSEO is a separate service — you bring your own API key and pay them directly per call. SEODesktop adds zero margin on top. Typical agency usage is $15–60/month in DataForSEO calls.

Do you have a team or agency plan?

Not a self-service tier yet, but we'll set up team licensing on request. Email mail@sebastian-kraus.com with your team size and we'll reply within a day.

Can I try Pro before buying?

The Free tier is a permanent trial of every feature — just at smaller scale. If you want to test Pro specifically (unlimited batch sizes), email us and we can arrange a short Pro trial key.

How do I get my invoice?

Freemius generates a PDF invoice for every purchase and renewal, delivered by email. You can also download past invoices from your Freemius account at any time.
